2 Cottage Avenue was built in 1915. The home was fully transformed over an 8-month period with a full crew of contractors working 7 days a week. Every aspect of the home, from the mechanical and electrical components to layout and design, was enhanced with meticulous attention to detail.

Every single piece of marble and granite was hand selected to ensure quality and to avoid any discoloration caused by dissimilar dye lots. The quarter sawn oak floors with walnut inlay were professionally restored. The elegant and substantial millwork was brought back to its original splendor.

The granite slabs used for the kitchen counters were an anomaly of the quarry from which they were taken. This anomaly gives the granite its brilliant texture and coloring, in addition to ensuring that it is one of a kind and unique to the home.

Prior to the improvements, the house was comprised of 6-bedrooms with 1 full and 1 half bathroom. With the addition of the large master ensuite and the third floor bathroom, the home currently features 5-bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
